Trade Counter Sales Manager

We're recruiting for a commercially focused Trade Counter Sales Manager to join a successful specialist roofing merchant in Rainham. Ideal for someone with a background in trade counter or internal sales within a roofing or general builders' merchant.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily Trade Counter operations, ensuring great service and customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships with local roofing contractors in person and over the phone.
• Identify live and future project opportunities to quote, upsell, and win new business.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in trade counter or internal sales in a roofing or builders' merchant environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with trade customers.
• Proactive, target-driven, and motivated to maximise sales performance.

What You'll Receive

• Competitive basic salary up to £42,000.
• Quarterly performance bonus.
• Monday-Friday hours with a supportive, established team.
