As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the company's presence within Care Homes, Housing Associations, and Local Authorities, building strong partnerships and identifying new opportunities to supply and install accessible bathroom solutions that improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with key clients across care and social housing sectors
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across South London
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
• Represent the business professionally, promoting its expertise in bathroom adaptations and accessibility solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in business development or field sales within construction, KBB, or bathroom adaptations
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience selling into care, housing, or local authority environments is highly desirable
• A motivated self-starter who thrives on achieving results
