Showroom Manager - (North Essex / South Cambs Area) - Basic up to £35,000 + Bonus

Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for bathrooms and a flair for organisation? We're recruiting for a Showroom Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations in a well-established, customer-focused showroom specialising in premium bathroom solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Running the daily operations of a high-quality showroom environment
• Delivering outstanding face-to-face service to customers and trade clients
• Visiting customers on occasion to support with selections, site visits or consultations
• Managing product displays, presentation, and showroom standards
• Providing knowledgeable guidance on products, layouts, and design options
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey from first visit to final delivery

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - you'll be the go-to for making things run like clockwork
• A personable and professional manner - you're confident speaking to customers and trade alike
• Ideally, previous experience or knowledge of bathroom products or design (but not essential)
• A full UK driving licence - some travel to customer locations is part of the role
• A proactive, hands-on attitude - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
