Sales Supervisor - Building Products | East Grinstead
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Quarterly Incentives
Location: East Grinstead (on-site role)

About the Role

As Sales Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing internal sales team. You'll be responsible for driving day-to-day sales performance, mentoring staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently met.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who enjoys both the operational and strategic sides of sales management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a small internal sales team
• Drive team performance to meet and exceed targets
• Provide training, coaching and daily support to team members
• Oversee the sales process and ensure best-in-class customer engagement
• Manage key customer relationships where needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations and systems

About You

• Proven track record in internal sales
• Experience managing or supervising sales teams, with strong people leadership skills
• Confident in driving performance, setting targets, and delivering results
• Hands-on, proactive and customer-focused approach
• Previous experience in the building products, roofing, or construction materials sector is desirable
