Sales Manager

We are actively seeking a commercial Sales Manager to join our clients thriving independent business supplying ready mixed concrete to commercial and residential projects throughout the Southeast.

The role of Sales Manager is a senior position within the fast-paced, growing team focusing on business growth across key accounts and new business channels.

Your Key Responsibilities as Sales Manager include

• Drive revenue growth across new business (contractor, developers and wider clients within infrastructure) as well as managing the existing customers across London, Essex and Kent
• Lead tendering, pricing and contract negotiation processes and take ownership of the regional sales strategy
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

Our ideal Sales Manager candidate will have

• Proven experience within B2B sales (ideally within the concrete, aggregates or construction materials sectors)
