Assistant Branch Manager - Chelmsford - up to £38,000

As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Branch Manager to join their team and help drive their success to new heights.
About you: we are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who exemplifies our client's core values of integrity, honesty, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining a high level of motivation and time management. This role requires a hands-on approach, leading from the front, and promoting our client's company culture and values at all times.
