Trade Counter Sales Assistant/Driver

Are you a reliable, customer-focused individual with a can-do attitude and a clean driving licence? We're looking for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our friendly and hard-working team at a well-established plumbing, heating & bathroom supply business.

Your Role:
This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll split your time between serving customers on our busy trade counter, receiving goods into our warehouse & delivering customer orders across the home counties in our company vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases at the trade counter, by phone and email
• Picking, loading, receiving & delivering goods efficiently and accurately
• Making timely and professional deliveries to end users & trade customers
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and counter area

What We're Looking For:

• Over 23 years of age (for vehicle insurance purposes)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of bulky items
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (clean)
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn

39 hours per week across 4 days; Occasional Saturday's on a rota basis
