Our client is a well established and highly recognised distributors of timber and building materials in South West London offering an extensive range of products and solutions to meet customer's needs, the business operates from 9 sites and has built a reputation for quality and exceptional customer service.
As part of a three year development plan, the Assistant Branch Manager will support the branch and deliver profitable growth. Working with the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing and new business, enhancing profitability, delivering exceptional customer service and driving the team and branch forward.
A desire to lead and improve others coupled with strong commercial acumen and a drive to continuously improve outcomes, you will already be an experienced and enthusiastic ABM or aspiring ABM who has the desire move up to the next level. You will be professional in your approach, commercially aware and have a desire to lead and improve others. You can identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate strong teams and have a desire to continuously improve each aspect of the business.
