Focused on providing inspiring high-quality, luxury design ideas within kitchens, bathrooms and interiors this company have enjoy 21+ years' experience in the market, gaining them a very positive reputation throughout the North East.

As our Showroom Manager you will enjoy:

• A basic salary £45k-£50k depending on experience
• PLUS generous bonus potential
• Working with a brand with an enviable local reputation and exceptional quality kitchens

We want our Showroom Manager to:

• Inspire the wider showroom team, leading from the front and delivering exceptional kitchen designs, advice and ultimately converting these into sales
• Support the team around you, identifying training needs and opportunities
• Report directly into the MD working together to ensure the showroom continues to prosper
