Branch Manager

We are currently hunting for a talented Branch Manager to join a new branch based in Herne Bay!

Specialising in trade PVCu windows, doors and conservatories manufactured in the South-East, this is an opportunity to lead from the front and help the small sales team to strive towards success one sale at a time.

Day to day as Branch Manager you will:

• Lead the Trade Counter Sales and overall Operation of the Branch to meet and exceed company expectation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels and product availability to meet customer demands.

Our ideal Branch Manager will have:

• Previous experience in a similar trade focused sales environment, experience in a management position a big advantage.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with trade customers, utilising these to meet company objectives.
• Sales focus, with the ability to influence numbers to achieve a profitable branch.

As Branch Manager you will enjoy a basic salary up to £35,000 per annum plus bonus. You will also enjoy added benefits including car allowance, life insurance, pension, on-site parking etc
