Territory Sales Manager - HVAC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join a growing HVAC and building services manufacturer, covering the West of the UK. This is a fantastic role for a commercially driven Territory Sales Manager with proven HVAC sales experience, ideally within the commercial market.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business across the region, working closely with key commercial customers to drive HVAC product sales and long-term growth.
The Role - Territory Sales Manager
- Manage and grow HVAC sales across your territory, focusing on commercial HVAC projects and customers.
- Develop strong relationships with HVAC contractors, builders' merchants, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing HVAC accounts as a Territory Sales Manager.

The Ideal Candidate - Territory Sales Manager
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar external sales role within HVAC or building services.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, ideally selling into the commercial market.
- Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing a large territory as a Territory Sales Manager.
