Are you a commercially minded Financial Controller ready to make a real impact?
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation for an experienced Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team. This is far more than a traditional finance role - you'll be a true business partner, driving profitability, strengthening supplier relationships and helping shape the future growth of the business.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll lead the finance function, deliver insightful commercial analysis, manage supplier rebate programmes, and provide the financial leadership needed to support continued success.
Day to Day as Financial Controller You Will Be
- Leading the finance function, with full ownership of management accounts, budgets, forecasts and Board reporting
- Managing and maximising supplier rebate income and commercial agreements
- Overseeing cash flow, working capital and financial control, and building dashboards that drive real business decisions

Our Ideal Financial Controller Will Have
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Controller, with a strong commercial finance background
- Experience delivering Board-level reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence with ERP/accounting systems
