My client is looking for assistant managers with experience in selling Tiles, flooring and bathrooms in a Showroom environment.Excellent opportunity to progress with this very forward thinking company. Suitable individuals MUST have experience in supervising a busy showroom and assisting the store manager. You must be capable of motivating sales and staff, operationally sound and proficient in stock control, P&L and adherent to health and safety regulations.
Candidates should ideally come from a trade based background with exposure of selling tiles and flooring equipment. The company is looking to double its work force in the next 2-3 years so there will be excellent routes to progress.
