Tom Bullock

Tom started with Foyne Jones in the summer of 2009 having previously worked within recruitment in the construction, sales and management sector, for over 7 years. 

In an ever changing recruitment world Tom’s reputation and profile has grown over recent years and he has become one of the leading consultants in this marketplace. The passion and personality he brings to the sector inspires confidence amongst others and helps us attract the most desirable candidates for our vacancies.

His understanding of the key recruitment processes, and a real focus and passion have seen him become integral to the growth of Foyne Jones. Tom has built upon the philosophy of the business to putting our candidates and clients first, managing the whole recruitment cycle professionally from start to finish.

Outside of Foyne Jones, Tom is an active footballer in his 5-aside and 11-aside teams, and an ardent Manchester United fan. With an Honours Degree in English Literature from Bristol University to his name, he has well and truly refuted the typical Essex Boy stereotype.

 
Ben Daly

After a 10 year career in the Builders Merchant Sector, Ben joined Foyne Jones in January 2011.

With University, a gap year travelling the world and a Journalism Degree behind him, Ben’s previous experience within merchants saw him quickly develop his career through Internal Sales, Sales Representative and Management positions within groups such as Jewson, SGBD UK and Travis Perkins.

A specialist in the Interior Building Supplies Sector, Ben is now an invaluable member and key consultant within the team. Again, like many within Foyne Jones, his unique experience of our marketplace has enabled him to work closely with his canddiates and clients alike.

Ben approaches his work with real professionalism and displays an attitude of confidence and understanding, acting as a single point of contact for all of his clients and demonstrating a real empathy to his candiates as they look to make a positive change and next step in their career.

Outside of Foyne Jones, Ben is an avid rugby supporter and enjoys any opportunity to get to Twickenham to support England.


Ben Harwood

Ben, who is an experienced resourcer, joined the FoyneJones team from his previous position as a resourcer within the retail management sector. Ben integrates his personable nature, inquisitiveness, clear networking ability with his strong, successful background in sourcing the finest individuals for management and externals sales roles for the UKs leading merchants. Ben continuously uses a proactive and positive approach to each role he works on.

Ben obtained his degree in Business Management with Human Resource Management at Southampton University, is also an avid Arsenal supporter and holds a season ticket for his favourite team. Along with being an enthusiastic sports fan, Ben is involved with working alongside children with learning difficulties. Ben is rapidly approaching becoming a prosperous consultant and a key figure in the success and growth of FoyneJones in the future.


Stephanie Byrne

Stephanie is a vital part of our resourcing team at FoyneJones, with special emphasis on the trade kitchen, bathroom and design sector. Stephanie is a skilled networker who combines her understanding of the sector with her natural flair for sourcing the best possible candidates for each role she works on.

Stephanie worked within the customer service sector while studying for her degree in Public Relations and Communications in her home county of Carlow in Ireland. Along with her college work she was involved in campaigning for the Irish Cancer Society and was P.R.O for her local drama society. After a year traveling in Canada, Stephanie moved to London and is a welcome addition to the team here at FoyneJones and is on route to becoming a successful consultant.
